Notes from meeting 1/10/04:

Attendance: Charles, Eric, Abe, Gunnel, Janet, Catherine, Elaine, Judy, Nancy, Tom

Tom received authorization to register voters outside of Larry's Market.

We have received permission to register at the following places:

• Bitter Lake Community Center, every evening 6:30 to 8:30 until Feb 7th. Bitter Lake will supply table.
• Green Parrot Cafe (1st Avenue & Roosevelt).
• Broadview Library meeting room, January 31st, all day.

To participate in caucus, registration deadline is 1/16.

Collected registration forms must be submitted to King County within seven days that forms are signed by registrants.

Need to research the caucus criteria to ensure that people can participate if we turn in the registration forms for them.

Registration packets:

• Legal-size clipboard
• Edited Kucinich caucus flyer, to include list of precincts
• Precinct map
• North Seattle SNOW flyers
• Voter registration forms
• Voter registration guideline
• Precinct lists with presidential candidate website URLs listed on back
• Optional March 20th protest flyer

Tom to format each precinct flyer. Eric to produce list of precinct locations for Tom.

Janet to purchase clipboards and pens (delivered 1/11/04).
