	Taking care of the details so the event runs smoothly.
Peacekeeping / Security
	(Peace keepers must have prior training.)
Work on the day of the event
	Help with set-up, tear-down, registration and other tasks.
OUTREACH
Bannering and banner construction
	Help create and display banners promoting the event.
Community Outreach
	Network with community and interest groups, such as schools, religious institutions and community centers, to build interest and support for the event.
Media / PR
	Work with local newspapers and radio and tv stations to get the word out.
Phone Banking

Poster and Flier distribution
	Distribute flyers at events in the area. Put up posters.
PROGRAM
Event program
	Help with planning the cultural activities for the day of the event.
